Privacy
We collect what we need to run a safe weekend and to tell you about dates, and nothing else. No tracking, no advertising cookies, nothing sold.

What we collect, and why
- When you book: your name, email address and payment. Stripe processes the payment; we never see your card details. We need this to fulfil the booking.
- Weekend details: your mobile number, an emergency contact, dietary requirements and how much you walk, collected at checkout. We need these to run the weekend safely. We don’t ask for medical details in writing; if there is anything we should know, we talk it through by phone before the weekend.
- Date updates: your name, email address and when would suit you, if you ask us to keep you posted. We use them only for that, and you can stop them at any time.
- Photos: we use photos in which you can be recognised only if you said yes, and you can withdraw that at any time.
Who else sees it
- The hotel receives your name and any dietary requirements.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Render hosts this website.

We don’t share your details with anyone else, including other participants, and we never sell them.
How long we keep it
Weekend details, including your emergency contact, are deleted within three months after your weekend. Booking and invoice records are kept for as long as Belgian accounting law requires. Date-update details are kept until you ask us to stop.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy. Write to hello@twodaysout.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority at dataprotectionauthority.be.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe may set cookies it needs to process a payment securely.
