Booking terms

Plain terms for a simple arrangement. If anything here is unclear, write to hello@twodaysout.com before you book.

Who you are booking with

Two Days Out is a trading name of Moovers CommV, Schildersstraat 1, 8770 Ingelmunster, Belgium, enterprise number BE 0767.796.570. In these terms, “we” means Moovers CommV and “you” means the person taking part.

Booking and payment

Your place is confirmed once we receive payment in full. The price is per person and covers what is listed under “What’s included” on the weekend page: your own hotel room, dinner, breakfast, lunch on both days, return train tickets from Brussels, the route and the guiding. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Insurance

You must hold your own travel and accident insurance that covers walking in Belgium. Cancellation cover is up to you, but worth having. We hold liability insurance for organising the weekend with [insurer].

If you cancel

Tell us in writing, by email. Refunds are paid within 14 days to the card you paid with.

If we cancel

Changes on the day

Weather, hunting closures and rail disruption can mean changing the route, the timing or the transport. We keep the weekend as close to the description as we reasonably can. If the trains don’t run, we arrange an alternative way there and back.

Our responsibility

We organise the weekend with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Walking outdoors carries risks that care cannot remove: uneven ground, weather, cold and fatigue. By taking part you accept those risks.

Photos

We only use photos in which you can be recognised if you said yes in the booking form. You can change your mind at any time.

Complaints

Tell the host on the day if something is wrong, so it can be put right while it still matters. Otherwise, write to us within 30 days of the weekend and we will reply within 14 days.

Law

Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of [jurisdiction], without affecting your right as a consumer to use the courts where you live.
